Bill & Ben have both been elected as General Manager this week because puppets make excellent leaders. Some of the world's most honest, trustworthy, and ultimately powerful dictators - sorry, democratically elected leaders - are in fact puppets. Unfortunately the Americans are not very good at hiding the strings.
