A NOTE ON 'MOTHBALLING'
The slightly ambiguous use of the term
'mothballing' in relation to certain locomotives has recently been qualified by
the Management. Apparently it only means that these locomotives will not be
receiving regular maintenance.
This presumably puts Prince & Palmerston back on the same status as the rest
of the loco fleet.
