The roof of the older part of the building is now clear of the old plaster which was on the underside of the slates. Only minor attention is now needed to the slates themselves. Some work has been done this week on clearing the extensive gutters between the various roofs. Much debris had built up and it was clear they have had no attention for some years! The concrete slab has been laid on which the steam generator will stand. This will be delivered in the next week or so.

The photo below shows, from left to right, the Copper, Brew Tower, and Mash Tun in the positions they will take up, with an auger taking the grain from the hopper on the malt loft floor across to the Mash Tun.
