With the building work now virtually complete we have now entered the final phase of fitting out. In the fermenting room the ceiling has been fitted and preparations have been made for attaching the wall cladding. Similar work is going on in the conditioning room, this being slightly complicated by the old walls of the building not exactly standing square!

One of the fermenting vessels required re-cladding. Here the stainless steel sheet can be seen in Boston Lodge Works, on the Ffestiniog Railway, where it was guillotined to size and holes drilled to accommodate external pipework.
