All the plant in the brewery has now been fitted and tested. With everything working we are now tantalisingly close to that much awaited first brew. This is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 14th June, with the beer appearing in pubs at the end of June. Between now and then there are just a few small jobs to finish off in the brewery as well as a slightly more important task for Lawrence who is off to get married!

Robert Evans, who has been helping out part time, will soon be on the full time staff, joined by our latest recruit, Gary Hodgson, who will be handling sales.
