DARK SIDE WINS FIRST FOR 2009

Dark Side of the Moose has won the 'Premium Bitters' category at this year's CAMRA Doncaster Beer Festival, marking the brewery's first award for 2009. All at the brewery are delighted with yet another success for this beer.

GWYL PORTHMADOG FESTIVAL 2009

On Saturday 2nd May 2009 Porthmadog Football Club will be hosting 'Porthmadog Festival 2009', an all day music festival featuring numerous Welsh bands. Purple Moose Brewery is the main sponsor for this event and we will have a real ale bar inside the main marquee.

CWRW AR Y CLEDRAU / RAIL ALE FESTIVAL
8-10 MAY 2009

This year's Welsh Highland Railway Beer Festival promises to be bigger and better than ever before. The festival will feature a huge selection of Welsh beers along with entertainment and food.

Purple Moose Brewery is once again brewing the festival special. This year it will be a smoked porter at 4.0% ABV. The name for this beer is being kept under wraps and will be announced at the opening of the festival.
